Every commodity trade on this platform follows a strict sequential gate structure. No stage can be bypassed. Every gate requires documented compliance evidence before progression is permitted.

Commission Protection Architecture

Platform-wide NCNDA

Signed at registration. Governs all platform activity regardless of where a deal closes.

Per-deal IMFPA

Digitally acknowledged by both buyer and seller before SPA stage is unlocked. Non-waivable.

Deal ID + Disbursement Matrix

Unique ID issued at room creation. Disbursement instructions locked under documented admin approval (multi-admin sign-off on roadmap).

NON-CUSTODIAL PLATFORM: MP Energy Brokers LLC does not hold, receive, or transmit client funds at any time. All transaction funds are directed exclusively to the mutually-agreed licensed third-party escrow or paymaster. For $100M+ allocations, settlement may proceed via DLC, SBLC, MT103, or direct bank-to-bank structure — commission protected via executed IMFPA and Deal ID regardless of settlement instrument.

02.International commodity trading carries inherent risk. Independent due diligence is mandatory.
03.Disputes between parties are subject to the jurisdiction defined in the executed SPA.
04.Platform is not responsible for force majeure events, geopolitical disruptions, or sanctions complications.
05.All submitted documents are reviewed under AML/KYC standards. False submissions result in permanent suspension.
06.All platform events are written to an append-only audit log retained for 5 years to support dispute resolution and regulatory inquiry, per the Illinois Business Brokers Act 815 ILCS 307.
