Core Principles
Verification First
We believe trust is bilateral. Before any negotiation begins, both buyers and sellers are independently verified — documents, identity, and mandate authenticity. GLEIF LEI validation runs against the live registry; OFAC and OpenSanctions screen every counterparty.
Role-Based Access Control
Every user is assigned a role — Direct Mandate, Signatory, Counsel, Compliance, or Colleague — that defines exactly what they can view and do. Direct Mandates can securely invite their team to specific deal rooms via cryptographic magic-link invitations. Permissions are enforced at the database layer through Postgres Row-Level Security, not the UI.
End-to-End Encrypted Negotiation
Voice and video in every deal room are protected with AES-256-GCM end-to-end encryption via the audited WebRTC Insertable Streams API — video stream keys live only on participant devices, not with us, not with our infrastructure provider. Persistent deal-room messages are also AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with per-deal symmetric keys; only authorized deal participants and MP Energy compliance admins hold those keys. Token-based access controls ensure only verified deal participants holding a valid signed meeting token can join the call.
Radical Transparency
Every platform event is documented and timestamped to a 5-year append-only audit log for dispute resolution and regulatory inquiry. No hidden fees, no undisclosed intermediaries. Records are exportable to ERP systems (SAP / NetSuite / generic JSON) for full reconciliation.
Commission Integrity
Our NCNDA and IMFPA structure means our commission is protected by contract law — not by goodwill. We built it into the workflow, not the fine print.
Human-Centered Brokering
Oil deals are high-stakes and personal. We respond to every inquiry, review every mandate personally, and never automate what needs a human eye.
International Standards
We operate to international commodity trading standards — FOB, CIF, SGS, SWIFT. The platform is built to serve everyone from independent traders to sovereign-backed entities.
Selective Network
We are building a curated network of verified institutional participants. Membership is by application only. Quality over quantity is not a slogan — it's the vetting policy.

Every application is reviewed personally by the founder. Automated approvals do not exist on this platform.
